At Zobie Productions, we are committed to providing exceptional service to autograph collectors and fans. To ensure your item is signed during our scheduled celebrity signings, please mail it by the posted deadline dates. Late arrivals unfortunately cannot be guaranteed for signing.
How to Prepare Your Item for Mailing:

Include a clearly written post-it note with your order number and full name inside your package.

If you have any special requests (e.g., marker color), please note these both on your pre-order form and on the post-it note with your item.

Pack your item carefully and securely to prevent damage. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and tracking, as Zobie Productions is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Special Packaging Tips for Funko POP Figures:

Remove the figure and plastic insert from the box.

Flatten the box edges carefully without damaging the box’s overall shape.

Place the flattened box and figure between two sturdy pieces of cardboard for protection.

Use an 11x14 rigid toploader for extra safety and place everything inside a padded envelope.
Third-Party Authentication & Certificates of Authenticity (COA):

If your item already includes third-party authentication, please do not send the COA card with your mail-in. Keep the COA card for your records.

Zobie Authentication is included free of charge with every pre-order autograph.

For added assurance, JSA (James Spence Authentication) services are available for an additional fee.
