Return shipping is charged at the time of purchase and your order will be shipped out within 7-10 business days after the signing.

All sales are final sale. We reserve the right to change the deadline of any signing to best accommodate the actor's schedule. A celebrity has the right to refuse a personalization or inscription, and if that happens, we will refund you the inscription fee. They are not guaranteed. Pre-ordering autographed items in combination with other items in our store will delay shipment of the rest of your order. All orders are subject to actor's schedule. If any signing is cancelled by the actor or Zobie, we will reach out with cancellation and refund options.

At Zobie Productions, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with the best service possible. In order to ensure that your item is signed, please make sure to mail it in by the deadlines for the signings. Late arrivals will not be signed.
When mailing in your item, please label it with a post-it note that includes your order number and full name. If you have any specific requests, such as marker color, please include them on the pre-order and on a post-it note with your item.
To ensure that your item arrives safely, please pack it carefully and securely. We recommend purchasing insurance and tracking, as we are not responsible for any damage or loss during shipping. If you are mailing in a Funko Pop, we recommend taking the figure and plastic out of the box, flattening it along the edges, and placing it between two thick pieces of cardboard before putting it in an envelope. Use a 11x14 toploader for extra protection. If your item already has Third Party Authentication, please keep the matching COA card with you and ship your mail-in to us without it.
We offer Zobie Authentication for free with every pre-order. However, if you would like to have a third-party authentication, JSA Authentication is available for an additional fee.
