In regards to Mail-ins, you are responsible for shipping your items to us. We highly recommend insuring your package. During the check out process, you will be charged for return shipping and additional insurance options will be available.
HorrorHound and Zobie Productions are not responsible for damage that occurs to your item during transit to us. We will inspect all items prior to the convention date and notify you of any damage to items received.
All orders will be sent back within 1-7 business days after the convention.
Zobie Productions is not responsible for cancellation of any celebrity guest at the convention. In the event of a guest cancellation, we will ship your items back to you and issue a refund via your original form of payment.
