How do I know your items are authentic?
Zobie Productions prides itself in providing authentic memorabilia signed by your favorite celebrities and athletes. Our items will come with our official Zobie hologram and matching COA card and are guaranteed for life! A majority of our items also come with a third party authentication such as JSA, ACOA, Beckett, or PSA.
Can Zobie Productions assist with my charity with fundraising?
Do you offer display cases for all types of memorabilia?
For certain items, we do offer custom framing or display cases for an additional charge. Please contact Sales@ZobieProductions.com to inquiry about those additional options.
If an item is Sold Out, will it become available in the future?
We conduct many private signings throughout the year, so there might be a future opportunity to obtain a signature after items sell out. If the item is a limited run or rare item, we cannot guarantee it will be available again in the future. If you see something you love, buy it before it's gone!
Is every item in your inventory currently listed on your website?
Yes! Although, if you don't see an item you are looking for, please contact us and we can help assist in obtaining it for you.
How do you ship signed photos?
We only ship photos flat. As a team of collectors, we understand how shipping in a tube can cause many issues not only to the item, but opens up the opportunity for damage along transit. We will place every photo inside a brand new plastic top loader inside a rigid mailer or alongside thick cardboard sleeves.
Will I receive the exact item pictured?
Most of the time, yes! We strive to give you the best representation of each item, but some items have multiple quantities in stock. They will have the same signature placement and same marker color, so they may be differ slightly. Also, some of our items are listed with multiple options to choose from. Keep in mind, everything is 100% authentic, and if an item is advertised as JSA, ACOA, Beckett, or PSA, you will get a photo with that authentication as advertised.
How much does shipping & handling cost? Can multiple items be combined?
Shipping and handling is based on exact costs. Once you type in your zip code on the cart page or during checkout, it will give you options for optional shipping services. Yes, multiple items can be combined into one order. If you are pre-ordering items, we recommend placing two separate orders for pre-order items and in-stock items.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship all over the world. Keep in mind, you are in charge of paying any customs fees, depending on your region. If we do not ship to your area, please contact us and let us know to support more regions.

Can I make changes after my order has been paid for?
