General Shipping Information

Shipping costs are calculated based on the exact weight and destination of your order. All in-stock orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, typically within 2 business days. We offer multiple shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and you can select your preferred shipping method during checkout.

International Customers:
Please note that international buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, duties, and import charges imposed by your country. We are unable to undervalue or alter the declared value of your package to avoid these fees.


Return Policy

We accept returns only if your item arrives damaged. Any damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To process a return or insurance claim, please keep all original packaging materials intact, as they are required for carrier inspection and claim approval.

Due to the collectible nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for any other reason beyond damage upon arrival.
